Re: removals, pruning and stumps
Your company recently removed and pruned some large trees on our property and ground out the stump remaining from the large tree on the front lawn.
The work was done on schedule, at the agreed price and to our complete satisfaction………..I was favorably impressed with the way the crew worked together, and their concern for safety and prevention of damage to buildings and gardens in the vicinity of the project areas. Re: Emergency repairs!
It is difficult to find words, which can adequately express my sincere appreciation, for the very professional manner in which you conducted emergency repairs to a potentially hazardous 40ft. limb separation on a mature tree which indeed, is the centre and circumference of a well shaded lawn, which has graced our home for over forty years.
You may assess from this, the functional and in some respect, the emotional attachment we have for this tree, which is the focus of a well maintained lawn and garden.
To save a tree, is to save exponentially the lives of many species which we share with our winged and animal friends over the many seasons. Not withstanding, the consequence of a 40ft limb collapse on adjoining property, which was considered imminent, and a real possibility of service damage by sheared power lines also, a potential human hazard which is of greater importance.

I just wanted to email and express how delighted I am with the work that was done yesterday.
The team was able to fit this job in quickly. As you know, I was anxious to have the work done because the damaged tree trunk was leaning against the fence.
Timing was perfect, as my neighbours to the east (whose yard we used to haul the debris) were out of town this week so we did not disrupt them.
The damaged tree was repaired and the minor damage to the fence lattice fixed up quickly. I was thrilled to find out that the tree, which we had mistaken for a buckthorn last year, was actually a pretty cherry. It was able to be saved and it continues to provide greenery and privacy for myself and my neighbours. I think they will also be quite pleased to see that the tree is still there and beautifully shaped now. The team also did a super job on cleanup of my neighbours' yard, which they will appreciate.
Kerri also quickly trimmed my honey locust at the roofline, and it looks gorgeous and healthy after the spraying you did earlier this year.
The job was done very quickly, on time, and at a reasonable cost. I won't hesitate to recommend Bruce Tree to any of my friends or neighbours.
