- We interpret “Emergency” as an immediate threat to life and/or property. We therefore interpret “Emergency Tree Work” as work that needs doing immediately. We do not provide quotes for emergency work. It is done on a time and materials basis.
- If you have an emergency, complete and submit the contact sheet.
- Be specific about what the emergency is and what contact number we can get you at.
- Once you submit the contact sheet, phone our office immediately to let us know that you have submitted the sheet.
Client Name:
- This is the person who will be responsible for paying the bill for the work on completion.
- Full company name or last name first, followed by first name.
Full mailing address:
- This is the address where the invoice will be sent
- Unless stipulated differently, it is also the job address
Job address:
- This is the correct address where the work will be done (if different from the mailing address).
