From Estimate to Job Completion:

  • The client services representative who visits you to do the estimate has at least 15 years of experience in the field.
  • Your job will generally be completed shortly after we receive your confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, you do not need to be present when the work is done.
  • Our team of tree care practitioners will arrive at the job with detailed written instructions prepared by the representative you originally met.
  • The crew chief is a qualified horticulturist and/or arborist and will be happy to answer any questions you may have with respect to the work being done.
