Here's where we are:

With the exception of one old fogy here (the "Boss"), most of us are 25-35.

Many of us have post-graduate education in arboriculture or forestry and for a whole bunch of reasons each of us has decided that commercial tree care is where we want to be.

We all share some common priorities: personal safety, protection of the environment and pride in the work we do.

Wages are competitive; there are benefits, and we are a team.
